Annapolis Apple....

Was absolutely no help at all.

I called the manager to explain the situation.

Oh. Well, that girl is here today. Let me put her on the phone.

No. I don't want to talk to her. She offered no options. I'm talking to you.

Well, let me go talk to her. I'll be right back.

Girl from yesterday gets on the phone.

Hello, this is Karen.

Is this the manager?

No, this is the tech from yesterday. There's nothing we can do for you. All repairs will be $600.00 because of the case.

This is not for a happy day making.

I guess I really don't have any options in how I decide I want my computer fixed.

That really jades my outlook of Apple.

Why don't you at least call a different Apple store for comparison.

I will probably do that once I stop being angry at this particular store. Don't want to transfer how upset I am to another store or the people there as that would not be fair to them.

FWIW
The managers generally have litte (or no) tec/repair knowledge.
And are occasionally cowards.
